It’s October! It’s officially autumn, and it’s officially cold here in Bulgaria. At least in the mornings, where I take my son to kindergarten at 0 C, but oh well, I get back from work at 20 C. It’s weird 😀 But I can wear my sweaters.
We do not celebrate Halloween in Bulgaria, but I just couldn’t resist when I saw Marsha Glassner’s Boo! pattern. It’s so cute!
So I dropped all the other projects and started it. I used Bulgarian crochet cotton and a 1.6mm Tulip hook.

Boo! is a very nice pattern. I found it relatively easy and fast to crochet. I had some issues in the last few rows where I had to make the heads round, but it’s probably not an issue with the pattern itself, but with me, because I am not the most experienced crocheter around.

I got the yarn from my auntie, it was my grandmother’s, but my grandma does not crochet or knit any more, so the yarn came to me as the only person who does fibre crafts in the family.

The threads vary from very fine to not so fine:D They have numbers, I guess that’s the weight, but I am not sure if it’s the same system all around the world. Anyway, the threads I have, are from 10 to 80. I also have some threads that are already started and a few color ones, very fine. I thought I could do micro crochet, but I have to think of interesting projects in micro crochet.
