It’s autumn!!
And with autumn comes the need for earwarmers and headbands. Last week I decided I needed one for the morning walk to school, because, you know, 3 degrees Celsius at 7.30 am is definitely hat weather, but it’s still September! ๐ I prefer to wear hats from November onward, like …proper winter ๐
Anyway, I remembered I had a beautiful Malabrigo Worsted from Fibershare long ago. It’s very squishy and the colors are so nice. However, it’s pretty busy and when I tried a few more intricate patterns from a stitch dictionary, they got lost. I decided I needed some simple pattern, but didn’t want to do just single crochet. So I went toย Ravelry and found this beautiful design by Briana K Designs. I bought it, but it is available for free on her website. I really like how it worked out for my yarnย – it lets the colours shine andย it was easy enough to be able to watch Dr. House while crocheting :D. And it was not just a simple single crochet!:))
Finally, this is me wearing the headband ๐
