The Virus shawl is a very popular crochet pattern. And of course I wanted to make it too 😀 When I bought my Souffle skein , I thought it would be perfect for that pattern.
I started in January and finished it a few days ago, just in time for my husband to carry it to my MIL. Her birthday is in the end of August, but as he was visiting them last week, I decided that it was a good opportunity to bring it to her.
The pattern itself is not a difficult one. It seems a bit complicated at first, but when you get it, the repeats are very easy, it’s only a 4 row repeat. I watched a lot of Netflix series while crocheting this shawl. 😀 Overall I’m very happy with it and I think of making it again.

Tamsin, they make great gifts, if you don’t need/want to wear them yourself 🙂 My MIL was very happy!:)) And yes, this one, in particular is pretty mindless when you get it, not a frustrating one…Knitting lace honestly frustrates me sometimes, but crochet lace is easier 😀
